Personal Experience

I’m Lavanya Bolla, an MBA graduate and finance professional with 5 years of experience in global banking, audit, and quality review roles. I moved to Switzerland for my love , Akash, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me dancing, playing sports, or being momentarily distracted by a dog (this happens more often than I’d like to admit).

I love dancing and choreographing, and if there’s music playing, there’s a good chance I’m already counting beats in my head. Being part of cultural events whether on stage or behind the scenes has always felt natural to me. I enjoy bringing structure to creativity and making sure events are not just enjoyable, but memorable.

With this mix of organisation, creativity, and enthusiasm, I’ve taken on the role of Cultural Secretary. I look forward to creating cultural experiences that celebrate our traditions both on stage and behind the scenes.
