Streaming & Voice Assistant Services:

In addition to our website, TeluguSwiss Radio (TAS) is available via third-party platforms including Amazon Alexa, TuneIn, Google Assistant, and Sonos. Data Collection: Our Alexa Skill and Google Assistant actions do not collect, store, or share any personal information, voice recordings, or specific user identifiers. We only receive anonymized usage statistics (e.g., number of listeners) provided by the platform developers (Amazon/Google). Third-Party Terms: When you listen via these services, you are also subject to their respective privacy policies. We utilize AzuraCast as our primary streaming processor; no personal data is transmitted to AzuraCast during your listening session. Permissions: We do not require "Account Linking" or any special permissions to access our stream.

1. Introduction By using the TeluguSwiss Radio (TAS) Alexa Skill or our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please disable the skill or uninstall the application.
2. Service Description TeluguSwiss Radio provides a 24/7 live audio stream of cultural and musical content. This service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not responsible for any data charges or technical issues on the user's side.
3. Intellectual Property All audio content, logos, and branding are the property of the Telugu Association of Switzerland (TAS) or our licensors. Users may stream this content for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording, re-broadcasting, or redistributing the stream without written permission is prohibited.
